Warranty & shipping


Summit warrants the original purchaser that the Summit products purchased are free of defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. Summit is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially or failure caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care.

There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall any implied warranties, including merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose,extend beyond the duration of the express warranty contained in this statement. In no event shall Summit be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Some states have different warranties laws so there may be limitations that may or may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights.

Returns & Exchanges

We will no accept items that have been used from their original packaging. (Consumer warranty is handled with the warranty claim form process.)

We accept returns with a Return authorization number on the package. We will accept the return within 30 days of original purchase. You are responsible for return shipping.

A. Request a Return Authorization Number by contacting our customer service office.

B. Once you are given the RMA number write on the master cartons. Record your tracking number after you ship the product back on your selected carries.
